Enjoy Gatton Park's 260 acres of parkland, originally laid out by Capability Brown.

Detailed overview

Gatton Park is a beautiful historic parkland comprising 260 acres and originally laid out by Capability Brown.  A key aspect of Brown’s design was a series of ponds which feed into the 30 acre lake.  Gatton Park also boasts a Japanese garden, rock and water garden and Victorian parterre with lovely views sat within the sweeping parkland. We see the stunning displays of snowdrops and aconites.  Refreshments (cake and soup) are available in Gratton Hall.  NB There are no credit/debit card facilities on site.  Departures from 12:30pm, arriving home from around 5pm.


Departure around 12:30pm depending upon which town you are in. Arrive home from 5pm.

Candy Tours operates from our office in Selborne near Alton.  We cover a number of towns and are continually increasing our range of pick up points so there should be one near you!

Our scheduled excursions currently run from Selborne, Alton and more. 

For groups and private hiring there are no limits to where we will go.
