Yes, we are delighted to help with your travel plans.  We have a wide knowledge of destinations and can make suggestions for places to visit.  We also work out the travel time between places and can book tickets for you as well, if required. We normally obtain group rates depending on your party’s size.

Yes, we are pleased to provide a poster or flyer for you to circulate to promote your trip.

Yes, we set up the trip in a secure section of our website for your members to login into and make payment.  Alternatively, we can take payment over the phone or by bank transfer.  We regularly update you with passenger numbers.

Once we have confirmed your booking we ask for £75 deposit for a coach and £50 for a 16 seat vehicle.  The balance is due one month before travel.

We ask that customers bring a suitcase of up to 18kg and one piece of hand luggage e.g. a handbag that can be carried on your lap or the overhead luggage racks.  We can normally take folding walkers and buggies – just let us know at the time of booking.
