Frequently Asked Questions about our holidays

We generally aim to stop every 1.5 to 2 hours for a short break, depending on the availability of suitable stopping points.  Drivers will do their best to find somewhere to stop on request.

We will be pleased to advise and assist for any special requests.  Please ensure that you mention these when booking and we will do our utmost to ensure they are catered for.  If in any doubt please contact us to discuss – we want all our customers to enjoy their trips with us!

Yes, we can arrange a taxi to collect you and bring you to a suitable pick-up point (or you can arrange your own taxi). This is not included within the holiday price.

Yes, but we do ask that you let us know at the time of booking.  You must be able to get on and off the minibus or coach by yourself.

Once we have confirmed your holiday booking we ask for £50 deposit per person.  The balance is due two months before travel.

If you need to cancel your holiday it is dependent on the amount of notice given as to the extent of any refund that can be made (see our Booking Conditions for details).  For your peace of mind we do recommend taking out insurance to cover such eventualities.  This is compulsory for travel to mainland Europe travel but optional for the UK.

Yes, we give the option to book holidays online via our website.  There is space to for any special requests.  We do of course, welcome bookings by phone as well.

Currently we do not assign seats to passengers. This may change in the future.

Yes, we are completely secure. When you book a holiday with us you have full financial security.  All our holidays are insured in accordance with ‘Package Travel’ Regulations through Evolution Insurance Company Ltd.

We ask that customers bring a suitcase of up to 20kg and one piece of hand luggage e.g. a handbag that can be carried on your lap or the overhead luggage racks.

Yes, we pick you up from your home. This maybe in a ‘feeder’ vehicle that takes you to the main coach.

For all trips to mainland Europe a passport is required for British citizens.  If you are not a British citizen you should check whether you need a visa.

We recommend that you obtain a Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC). This replaces the European Health Insurance Card (which can still be used until it expires) and can be obtained via www.gov.uk/global-health-insurance-card (follow the link to the NHS website). This does not replace travel insurance but should be obtained in addition.
